De Pere & Green Bay Area Attractions

Founded in 1898, St. Norbert College is one of the nation's top-ranked Catholic Norbertine liberal arts colleges. St. Norbert College offers 80+ programs of study, three graduate programs and is a vibrant residential campus in De Pere, Wisconsin - just outside of Green Bay.

The De Pere Riverwalk is a unique attraction that connects Voyageur Park, the Fox River Trail, and downtown De Pere to the previously inaccessible Locktender's Island. The public has access to stunning river views and a chance to experience Fox River wildlife from 325′ away from the natural shoreline.

Home to the St. Norbert College Green Knights, the Cornerstone Community Ice Center offers programs for youth hockey, adult hockey, figure skating, and instruction to learn how to ice skate. Public skating is also available.

Visit the home field of the Green Bay Packers of the National Football League and catch a game if you're in town during the NFL season. Take a stadium tour, visit the Packer Pro Shop, or visit the many restaurants and attractions in the Titletown District.

Spend a quiet afternoon at the Green Bay Packers Hall of Fame, the first hall of fame built in honor of a single professional American football team.

Bay Beach is a municipal amusement park in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Situated near the mouth of the Fox River, on the east bank as it flows into Green Bay, the park contains rides, concessions, a roller coaster, and a food pavilion. Dances, movies, and other events are held in a pavilion. The amusement park is also located adjacent to The Bay Beach Wildlife Sanctuary is a 600-acre municipal urban wildlife refuge. It is the largest park in the Green Bay, Wisconsin Park system.

The National Shrine of Our Lady of Good Help, also dedicated as the Shrine of Our Lady of Good Help, is a Marian shrine located within the Roman Catholic Diocese of Green Bay. The chapel is in the Champion section of Green Bay, about 16 miles northeast of downtown Green Bay. 

The National Shrine of St. Joseph has been in the care of the Norbertines since its establishment following the issue of a brief by Pope Leo XIII in 1892. The National Shrine of St. Joseph is located in the oratory of Old St. Joseph Church on the St. Norbert College campus. The Shrine of St. Joseph and the perpetual novena were originally established on this site in 1888.
