Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is at 11:00 a.m.
Do you allow early check-ins?
We don't guarantee early check-ins, however, if your room is ready when you arrive, we will gladly honor your request for an early check-in.
Do you allow late check-outs?
We do allow late check-outs based on availability. Please check with the front desk at your earliest convenience to see if we're able to accommodate your request.
What is your cancellation policy?
Reservations must be cancelled by 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival or you will be charged for one night's lodging + tax. Reservations made for special events must be cancelled seven to 30 days in advance, depending upon the event. All confirmations that are sent by mail or e-mail will indicate the cancellation policy for that reservation.
Is your hotel non-smoking?
Yes, our hotel is 100 percent non-smoking in all guest rooms and public areas.

Do you allow pets?
We do allow pets in pre-designated rooms at our hotel. There is a $15 (non-refundable) pet fee per stay. Please note, we only allow one dog or cat per room, and hotel staff should be notified upon making reservations.
Do you offer high-speed internet?
We offer complimentary wired and wireless internet in each guest room. Wireless internet is also available in the public areas of the hotel. Our internet service provider is Ethostream, and allows plug and play capabilities for PC and Macintosh computers. If additional support is required, Ethostream offers 24-hour technical support by calling 1-877-282-2519.
Do you have a business center?
We offer a complimentary computer and printer in our hotel lobby for guest use. We also have fax and copy service available; charges may apply.
Do you have a restaurant in the hotel?
We don't have a restaurant on site. The Abbey Bar and Grill, which is adjacent to the hotel, offers room service from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Does the hotel offer shuttle service to and from the airport?
Yes, our hotel offers complimentary shuttle service to and from Green Bay's Austin Straubel International Airport (GRB) through either our hotel shuttle or through taxi service that is pre-arranged by the hotel. Guests can schedule their airport pickup by calling the hotel with their arrival time and flight number. Additionally, Austin Straubel Airport has a courtesy phone located adjacent to baggage claim. Guests will be directly connected to the hotel by pressing #06.
Is there shuttle service to Green Bay Packer home games?
FREE Gameday shuttle service is provided by Green Bay Metro Transit to and from all Green Bay Packer home games. The Kress Inn is located on the "Quick Slant Route", and the pickup location is located directly behind the hotel on the corner of Reid & 4th Street. What type of guest room amenities do you offer?
Each of our guest rooms has a coffeemaker, microwave, refrigerator, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, two line telephones, cable television with HBO, and wired and wireless internet. We proudly offer Bath & Body Works bathroom guest amenities.
What time do you serve your complimentary hot breakfast, and what items are included?
Our complimentary hot breakfast is served from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. daily. Our breakfast includes scrambled eggs, sausage links, waffles, hot breakfast sandwiches (sausage & cheese biscuit, and bacon, egg & cheese biscuit), English muffins, assorted bagels, cinnamon rolls, fresh baked banana and cinnamon breads, whole fruit, tropical fruit cups, hard boiled eggs, string cheese and cereal. Coffee, tea, milk, hot chocolate and juice are also provided.
Do you have any meeting or banquet space available?
We have a conference room at the hotel that is available after 11:00 a.m. daily. The conference room can accommodate up to 20 people. The F.K. Bemis Conference Center across the street is a state-of-the-art conference facility that has more than 10,000 square feet of meeting space complete with the Hendrickson Dining Room, which accommodates up to 200 people, and a state-of-the-art Fort Howard Theater, which accommodates up to 175 people. Do you have video conferencing capabilities?
We offer video conferencing in several of our suites at the hotel, including our conference room and presidential suite. Video conferencing can be reserved through our Conference and Events Services office by calling 920-403-4000. Our video conferencing equipment is manufactured by Polycom and is an IP-based system.
Do you have cribs or portable beds available?
Yes, cribs and portable beds are available upon request. There is no charge for cribs and there is a $15 per night charge for portable beds.
Are there any restaurants, bars or attractions nearby?
The hotel is located in downtown De Pere where there are a variety of restaurants, bars, shopping and attractions all within walking distance. Please see our location page for more information.
Do you have a fitness center at the hotel?
We have a 24 hour fitness room at the hotel that offers a True® Fitness treadmill and elliptical machine, both have a built-in digital HDTV tuner with a 3.5mm headphone jack with complimentary earphones available at our front desk. Additionally, the hotel is located across the river from the Fox River Trail, which is one of the most popular state trails. In addition, we provide complimentary use of the Broadview YMCA. The YMCA is located just 3.5 miles from the hotel and offers a gymnasium and track, free weight and workout equipment, a cardio room, two pools, and racquetball courts. We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Diners Club and Discover Card.
Do you also accept debit cards?
We accept debit cards, however, the issuing bank for your debit card places an additional authorization amount for any incidental charges associated with your stay.
Do you have an ATM at the hotel?
Yes, the Associated Bank ATM is located just inside the front entrance of the hotel, and also dispenses stamps. There is a $3 service fee for non-Associated Bank customers.
Does your hotel offer laundry services?
We provide same-day service Monday-Friday through Lindeman's Cleaning. Items must be dropped off at the hotel front desk by 8:00 a.m. and will be returned to guests by 5:00 p.m.
What type of green practices does your hotel follow?
Our hotel features a guest room towel and sheet reuse program, which conserves water otherwise used to launder the linens. We recycle all paper, aluminum and plastic. Additionally, we have installed energy efficient lighting throughout the hotel.
Do you offer a guest loyalty program?
Yes, we are part of Choice Hotels as an Ascend Collection Hotel, and guests are able to receive points and miles by joining Choice Privileges® membership program. Membership is free for the guest loyalty program, and guests can earn points or miles at more than 5,500 participating properties.
